We take 1 - 2 Business Days as handling time before shipping the products and then we ship them between Monday - Friday, not including public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 8- 20 of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 
 
 
Order Cancellation:

1. To cancel an order, email us at support@gtocase.com.
2. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order is canceled before it is shipped, no fees will be charged.
3. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, or the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
 
 
Change of Address:
 
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@gtocase.com
